Fund raising Fall Fund Raiser - Razen Unlimited (http://www.razeninc.com/) Our fall fund raiser will be with Razen Unlimited again this year. It will run from October 1st through 10th so keep an eye out for the packet. Your kids will be treated to a huge kick off assembly on Wednesday, October 1st so grab hold of their enthusiasm and help us have a terrific fund raiser. Spring Fund Raiser - Gianni's (http://www.giannis.com/) Our spring fund raiser will be with Gianni's again this year. It will run March 30th through April 17th. This will allow you to sell the delicious pizzas, desserts and more throughout spring break. Pickup will again be held on a Saturday morning to make it as easy as possible for the most families. Spirit Reward Cards We have gone with a new company this year and think we have some great businesses included on this awesome discount cards.The cards are availabel for $10.00 each and are good through August 29, 2009. The following local businesses are participating in the discount cards this year: Franklin Cleaners; Pet Pantry; Bill Bateman's Bistro; Belisimo's; Bay Country Rental; Brick Bodies; Burger King; Tracy Smith for Tastefully Simple; Mitchell's Golf Complex; American Kenpo Karate Studio; China Moon; Caribou Coffee; Reisterstown Music Center; IHOP; and Rita's Italian Ice! We will have the cards available at Back-to-School night; music concerts; in the main office (see Wendy Berman) or by sending in your order (use the downloadable form linked here). We have changed suppliers to a well known local company Capt'n Jerry's and have simplified our stock in order to save you and the pTA more money. There are t-shirts; hoodies; and sweatpants available in sizes adult small XXL, with the XXL costing only $2 more. All items are a dark navy blue with FRANKLIN in collegiate lettering T's and Hoodies across the chest and sweatpants down one leg. We will have a limited stock available at 6th grade locker night, back-to-school night and the varioous music concerts throughout the year. Also, spirit sales will be held periodically, with delivery in time for the cold weather; the holidays; and again in the spring. If interest is higher, we may offer availability more often throughout the year. Use the downloadable form to place your order today, and we will contact you with estimated delivery dates. All orders will be delivered to your child in their homeroom, unless other arrangements (special circumstances only) have been made in advance. Dining Out Nights We will be holding monthly 'Dining out nights.' This is a great way to support the school while getting out of cooking a dinner and getting a chance to socialize with other FMS families and staff.
