Join today using the Membership form found in the Membership link on the right and be sure to include your email address so we can send you the newsletter and the latest PTA information.

Upcoming PTA Events:
PTA Fall Fundraiser Packets will be handed out at our Fundraiser Assemblies on Wednesday, September 22 to all students. Make sure your child brings his/her packet home to show you.
School News:
School will be closed Monday, September 6, Thursday, September 9 and Tuesday, September 14.
Interim Reports issued for first quarter on September 29.

PTA MEETINGS
Do you want to know what is going on in the School and in the PTA? If you do, then I suggest you join us at a PTA meeting. We value everyone's ideas and opinions. You do not have to be a PTA member to attend a PTA meeting; however, if you would like to speak at a meeting, or if you want to be included in the voting process, you do need to be a current PTA member.
This year's PTA meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the School Library which can be found through the Cockeysmill Lobby entrance. This year we decided to stagger the meeting nights to allow more parents to attend. The meeting schedule for 2010-2011 is as follows:
Wednesday, September 15 (General meeting at Back to School Night with a vote on the budget)
Monday, October 11
Tuesday, November 9
Thursday, December 14
Wednesday, January 12
Monday, February 8
Tuesday, March 9
Wednesday, April 13
Thursday, May 12
