START Program

The START Program at FMS provides identification, intervention and referral with free initial consultation and testing for students who display at-risk behavior or significant behavior changes.  The primary purpose is to intervene with students by providing parents with information and resources if their child displays signs of cigarette, alcohol or drug experimentation/use as well as other adverse behaviors (for example, cutting, eating disorders, depression or theft).  Any parent or student can make a referral by filling out the form below and dropping it off to school c/o Mr. Larry Zuckerman.  Referrals can be anonymous and the entire process remains confidential.
